Our Process
We serve our clients through a 3 phase process that allows us to deliver fully considered and beautifully completed projects to our clients. This process applies whether your project is a renovation, a furnishings project, or a combination of both.
Phase 1:
Project Initiation
Client consultation - a one hour in-home consultation to meet you, view your home or building plans, understand your interior design objectives and discuss possibilities for your renovation or furnishings project
Design proposal - if your objectives and our services align, we prepare a design proposal covering our understanding of your project, your design brief, a defined Scope of Work and our professional design fees
Commencement of project - acceptance of design proposal, scheduling your project into our work program and involvement of trusted trade professionals as required
Phase 2:
Interior Design & Documentation
Interior design brief, concept development and research
Interior design and documentation - a beautifully prepared and detailed package of interior design drawings, documentation, specifications and selections
Interior design presentation - an in-person presentation of the design package to you, including drawings, specifications, fixtures, fittings, visual references, materials and samples

Phase 3:
Design Implementation
Procurement - ordering, tracking and managing delivery of relevant fixtures, fittings and furniture for your project
Commencement of building works - site visits during construction, oversight of design implementation, liaison with builder, cabinetmaker and associated trades
Completion of building works
Furniture and styling - delivery and installation of furniture, rugs, lighting and window treatments. Position, style and present the furnished spaces to a completed and beautiful standard
